Josh Hart Has A Miserable Performance Against The Mavericks
6 years agoLos Angeles Lakers shooting guard Josh Hart had an awful game against the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday. He didn't do much of anything, with just three points, one steal, and one three-pointer, in 16 ineffective minutes. After Hart’s awesome start to the season, he’s cooled off considerably. The last four games, he’s scoring just 7.3 points-per-game, on a frigid 29 percent from the field. Moreover, with Brandon Ingram taking his starting shooting guard spot, Hart’s outlook is not as promising as once thought. He should still be a decent option for steals and three-pointers, but Hart is barely a hold in 12-team leagues right now. If he doesn't pick it up soon, don't hesitate to drop him for a hot free agent. He’ll look to get back on track on Saturday night against the Portland Trail Blazers.

Josh Hart May Miss Another Game On Sunday
1 month agoNew York Knicks forward Josh Hart (knee) is questionable for Sunday's game against Boston. The 29-year-old has had an excellent 2024-25 campaign, averaging a career-high 14.7 points, 9.6 rebounds, 5.7 assists, and 1.5 steals. He's also stayed healthy, missing just one game before a nagging knee issue kept him off the floor for the Knicks' previous two contests. If Hart isn't available, Precious Achiuwa, averaging 11.6 points, 8.6 rebounds, and 1.3 steals in eight starts this season, should remain in the starting lineup. Miles McBride could also see a bump in production, even more so if OG Anunoby (foot) can't play.

Josh Hart Sits Out Second Consecutive Game
1 month agoNew York Knicks guard/forward Josh Hart (knee) has been ruled out for Friday's meeting with the Cleveland Cavaliers. He will be sidelined for a second consecutive game due to patellofemoral syndrome in his right knee. Hart is considered day-to-day, so it's possible he can return to the lineup for Sunday's big matchup against the Boston Celtics. On Thursday against the Chicago Bulls, Miles McBride filled in for Hart in the starting unit and looks set for a larger workload again on Friday night. McBride was the team's second-highest scorer with 23 points in Thursday's 113-111 overtime win.
