Jose Ramirez Goes Hitless In Shutout Loss on Friday
1 year agoCleveland Guardians third baseman Jose Ramirez went 0-for-4 with a strikeout in a 1-0 loss to the Minnesota Twins on Friday. The Guardians couldn't get a whole lot going against Bailey Ober and company on Friday. Ramirez had a seven-game hit streak going into this one but that was obviously snapped. Even with the recent steak, he's scuffled a bit over the last few weeks, batting just .242 with a .740 OPS over the last 15 contests. Overall, his numbers are just fine, though, with a .271/.340/.452 triple-slash line with six home runs, 30 RBI, and five stolen bases over 210 at-bats on the season.
