Jorge Polanco Delays Start to Rehab Work

Minnesota Twins shortstop Jorge Polanco (finger) cut his finger on a car door and will delay the beginning of his rehab assignment. He got suspended 80 games in March for testing positive for Stanozolol, an anabolic steroid. Polanco was supposed to begin taking rehab at-bats on Sunday. There is a good chance that Polanco won't be ready for activation when he's eligible on July 2. He belongs on the waiver wire in all leagues.
