5 years agoMiami Marlins catcher Jorge Alfaro (head) has been placed on the 7-day concussion list. Alfaro was hit on the head with a backswing on Thursday. The Marlins recalled catcher Wilkin Castillo to take over Alfaro's spot on the active roster. Castillo and Bryan Holaday will serve as the Marlins' catchers for the next week or so. Holaday will bat seventh and draw the start behind the plate versus righty Aaron Nola. Neither catcher is worth a look in fantasy formats.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
