Jordan Spieth Can Advance At WGC Match Play
2 years agoJordan Spieth comes in with a world ranking of 14th. His seed is 12 for the WGC Match Play at Austin. Spieth is native to Texas (Dallas) but that helps only a little. Overall, the American golfer has three top tens this season which indicates some reasonable form. It is hard to count out Spieth but approach, Par 5, and putting metrics do not place him even in the top 16. That is troubling. Spieth may be able to wrangle his way out of his group as Shane Lowry (21) is his only competition. However, it may be tougher after that.
