Jordan Reed, Josh Doctson Out Again
6 years agoWashington Redskins tight end Jordan Reed (toe) and wide receiver Josh Doctson (concussion) both missed practice for the second straight day on Thursday. Given Reed's injury issues in his career, it's unlikely he plays in Week 15 against the Jaguars, and he could even be shut down the rest of the season. Vernon Davis will step in as the starter and is a TE2 streamer for the desperate. Doctson doesn't appear to be on track to play either, which would mean Jamison Crowder and Maurice Harris would see more targets in the passing game. It's hard to trust any Washington receivers in a tough matchup with Josh Johnson now under center.
