Jordan Love Returns To Practice
7 months agoGreen Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love (knee) is back at practice on Wednesday, marking the first time he's practiced since suffering a knee injury in the Week 1 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. Love suffered a sprained MCL in that Friday night game, but his return means he has a chance to play against the Tennessee Titans in Week 3. However, fantasy managers should monitor his practice participation throughout the week. The Titans have allowed the fewest passing yards (269) in the NFL through two weeks, and its revamped secondary featuring L'Jarius Sneed looks much improved. That said, Love should be downgraded to a QB2 fantasy option if he plays, especially since his mobility could be limited. If he can't play, Malik Willis will start against his former team on Sunday.

Jordan Love, Malik Willis Off The Injury Report
3 months agoAccording to Tom Pelissero of the NFL Network, Green Bay Packers quarterbacks Jordan Love (elbow) and Malik Willis (thumb) are off the injury report and good to go for Sunday's playoff game against the Philadelphia Eagles. Love sustained this elbow injury during last weekend's loss to the Chicago Bears. He opened the week as a limited participant but logged two consecutive full sessions to end the week. Willis replaced Love in Week 18 and followed the same practice pattern. Fantasy managers should expect Love to continue operating as the QB1, but Willis will be available if he suffers a setback during the game. Over his past seven full games (excluding Week 18), Love averaged a modest 214.3 passing yards per game with a 10:1 TD:INT ratio. He carries QB2 upside in a tough match against the Eagles, who have allowed the third-fewest PPR points to opposing QBs this season.

Jordan Love Practices In Full On Friday
3 months agoGreen Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love (elbow) was a full participant in practice for the second straight day. It appears Love is trending in the right direction after being limited to open the week. Two straight full practices should mean Love will be active for Saturday's Wild-Card game against the Philadelphia Eagles. Love was pulled out early during the regular season finale as a precaution and it sounds like they limited to in order to keep him fresh. Barring any setbacks, Love will be out there for Saturday's game in what looks like it could be a high-scoring affair.

Jordan Love Upgrades To Full Practice On Thursday
3 months agoGreen Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love (elbow) was a full participant in Thursday's practice after being limited by a right elbow injury on Wednesday. This almost certainly means he'll be available for Green Bay's NFC Wild Card matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday, barring a setback. Love was banged up in the Week 18 loss to the Chicago Bears and did not return, but the Packers did not have much to gain from winning and likely took the cautious route with their franchise quarterback. Love was impressive in his first playoff run last season, completing over 67% of his passes, averaging 233 passing yards per game, and throwing five touchdowns to two interceptions in games against the Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers on the road. Love led the No. 7 seed Packers to the first win over a No. 2 seed in the NFL playoffs ever, and that's the challenge ahead of him again on Sunday.

Jordan Love Limited On Wednesday
3 months agoGreen Bay Packers quarterbacks Jordan Love (elbow) and Malik Willis (thumb) were both limited in the first practice of the week on Wednesday, according to head coach Matt LaFleur. Love injured his right elbow in the Week 18 loss to the division-rival Chicago Bears and never returned to the game as a precaution. The 26-year-old lost feeling in his hand, but he was seen warming up on the sidelines late in the game and is expected to be fine for the wild-card playoff game on Sunday versus the Philadelphia Eagles. Love has the feeling back in his hand but has lingering soreness in his elbow, which is something to keep an eye on heading into the weekend. In addition to his injury, he lost his best deep threat in receiver Christian Watson (knee) for the rest of the year due to a torn ACL. That combined with Love's injury will make him a low-end QB for fantasy lineups during wild-card weekend.
