Jordan Hicks Out At Least Four Weeks
4 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals relief pitcher Jordan Hicks (elbow) will be out at least four weeks according to GM John Mozeliak. Hicks landed on the injured list with inflammation in his right elbow. After his 2019 Tommy John Surgery, Hicks experienced a setback in the 2020 season, but was pitching well (and still easily touching triple digits) in 2021. He likely won't throw at all for at least two weeks, and then depending on how things go, he'd need to throw several bullpens and minor league rehab games before returning to the big league mound.
