Boston Bruins goaltender Joonas Korpisalo will likely be between the sticks when the team begins the new campaign against Florida on Oct. 8. Star goalie Jeremy Swayman, who is a restricted free agent, remains unsigned by the Bruins, and head coach Jim Montgomery has been impressed by Korpisalo in preseason. The Finnish netminder had a 21-26-4 record with the Ottawa Senators last term, allowing 3.27 goals with a .890 save percentage. It was a struggle for him throughout the campaign, but Korpisalo looks primed for a bounce-back campaign in 2024-25, as he will be playing behind a much stronger team.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
