Johnny Wilson Active For Week 15
Johnny Wilson (illness) is active for Sunday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The rookie had been added to the injury report on Saturday, but it appears as though his status improved enough in time for him to suit up in Week 15. The Florida State product will likely operate as the Eagles' No. 4 receiver behind A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith, and Jahan Dotson.

Johnny Wilson Downgraded To Questionable Ahead Of Week 15
Johnny Wilson (illness) is officially questionable for Week 15 with an illness. The rookie wideout was a late addition to the team's injury report on Friday. Wilson missed Week 13 -- the first game of his career -- with a late-week hamstring injury and is now in danger of being inactive again. This year, he's had a decent snap share, particularly in his previous two outings. However, it has yet to amount to much in terms of statistics. The 23-year-old has recorded only nine targets on the season but just three since Week 6. If he cannot play, fellow wide receiver Ainias Smith projects to get some more playing time. With WR Britain Covey (neck) ruled out for Sunday, Philly could be down two of their six wideouts against their in-state rivals, the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Johnny Wilson To Miss Week 13
Johnny Wilson (hamstring) has officially been ruled out for Sunday's road tilt against the Baltimore Ravens. The hulking wideout was a late addition to Philadelphia's practice report -- logging a DNP on Friday after popping up with a soft tissue issue. It's unfortunate news for the rookie, who participated on the most snaps of his young career in last Sunday's 37-20 win over the Los Angeles Rams (51). However, it didn't amount to much, commanding just one target in the blowout victory as running back Saquon Barkley stole the show. Wilson will miss at least one week, with fellow WR Jahan Dotson projected to be the de facto No. 2 option unless DeVonta Smith (hamstring) is on the positive side of his questionable designation. Look for wide receiver Parris Campbell to see some snaps if Smith can't suit up. Campbell was signed to the Eagles' active roster on Saturday.

Johnny Wilson Should See Role Increase On Sunday Night
Johnny Wilson will go on the road to take on the Los Angeles Rams in Week 12 on Sunday night. The rookie has had a quiet 2024 campaign but should see an increase in snaps with star receiver DeVonta Smith (hamstring) ruled out. The matchup against the Rams is exploitable, as they allow the 10th-most fantasy points per game to wide receivers. Jahan Dotson is likely to get the first crack at filling Smith's shoes, but Wilson has the size and jump-ball skills to potentially see a couple of end-zone targets in this one. Even in a week with six teams on bye, fantasy managers will be hard-pressed to flex the 23-year-old into their lineups, but he is worth keeping an eye on heading into Sunday night.

Johnny Wilson Should See An Increased Workload In Week 4
Johnny Wilson will go on the road to take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 4. The rookie caught the first reception of his young career last week, but did nothing of note past that and even committed a costly penalty. However, with DeVonta Smith (concussion) out this week and no guarantee that A.J. Brown (hamstring) will make his return after being labeled as questionable, Wilson should see an increase in usage. His snap percentage has gone up slowly each week, and Wilson should easily clear the 33% of snaps that he played last weekend. Anyone outside of Smith and Brown have done little to nothing for the Eagles through three weeks, but there is no real choice for quarterback Jalen Hurts and the Eagles coaching staff if those two options are not available. The 23-year-old should be considered on the flex borderline in deep leagues if Brown sits and is closer to a WR4/5 if Brown is active.
