San Francisco Giants starting pitcher Johnny Cueto (elbow) threw his first bullpen session on Tuesday since undergoing Tommy John surgery. It's a big step for the veteran right-handed pitcher, but he's not expected to be back at all for the 2019 season as he recovers from elbow reconstruction. You won't need to worry about Cueto at all in single-year fantasy formats.--Keith Hernandez
