5 years agoSan Francisco Giants starting pitcher Johnny Cueto (elbow) is expected to make "at least two" rehab starts for Triple-A Sacramento, which puts him on track to make his season debut during the Dodgers series from Sept. 6-8. Cueto has missed all of the season while recovering from Tommy John surgery. It's great to see him potentially return to make a few starts as the Giants fight for a postseason berth, but fantasy owners should be very hesitant to trust him outside of the deepest leagues. Cueto's velocity may be lacking and it's likely the Giants put a short leash on him in terms of innings thrown to conclude the year.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
