San Francisco Giants starting pitcher Johnny Cueto (elbow) has been activated from the disabled list and will start Thursday versus the Cardinals. Cueto missed about two months with a sprained right elbow and didn't give up a run in two rehab starts. Cueto has a 0.84 ERA on the year and should be active in all lineups on Thursday. Infielder Kelby Tomlinson was optioned to Triple-A Sacramento to make room for Cueto. He might be on a bit of a pitch count Thursday, but you'll want to get Cueto back in your lineups.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
