2 years agoToronto Maple Leafs center John Tavares scored his 400th career NHL goal in Tuesday's 5-2 victory against the Penguins. Tavares found the back of the net to open the scoring in the first period, and he later added an assist to give the team an early two-goal lead. The Maple Leafs captain is off to a great start early in the 2022-23 season, as he has totaled a team-high nine goals to go along with 18 points through 17 games. Tavares trails only winger Mitchell Marner for the team lead in points and he is a recommended option at center across all fantasy formats.--Denis Vondrus - RotoBaller
