John Means Makes Another Rehab Start
Baltimore Orioles starting pitcher John Means (shoulder) took another step in his rehab effort, allowing four runs on two homers in three innings Friday night at Double-A Bowie, according to MLB.com. He threw 61 pitches, 41 of them for strikes. The talented left-hander's next rehab start will be at Triple-A, and if all goes well, he should then be back at the top of Baltimore's rotation after the All-Star break. His fantasy managers will be happy to get him back into their rotations, as the 28-year-old southpaw was superb before his left shoulder strain, going 4-2 with a 2.28 ERA, 0.83 WHIP and 8.7 K/9 in 71 innings over his 12 starts.
