Anaheim Ducks goaltender John Gibson didn't finish Thursday's 6-3 loss to Carolina after suffering an upper-body injury. He exited the contest before the third period began, finishing with 20 saves on 25 shots. Lukas Dostal stopped eight of nine shots as his replacement in the third. Gibson is a very injury-prone player, and unfortunately, it looks like he could again face a spell on the sidelines. It would be a blow for the Ducks, although Dostal has played well this season. He recently posted a franchise record with a 55-save effort against Toronto and has a 7-9-1 record for the campaign with a 3.46 goals-against average and a .903 save percentage.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
