Joel Farabee's Goal Helps Force Overtime On Thursday
3 years agoPhiladelphia Flyers left-winger Joel Farabee converted a pass from Oskar Lindblom to tie the game late on Thursday night against the San Jose Sharks. That forced overtime in a game where the Flyers were mostly dominated. The Lindblom duo with Farabee produced several opportunities as Lindblom played less than 12 minutes. Farabee, by contrast, played more than 21. One of the stranger things on the night was that Farabee missed several chances but scored on the one shot that went on goal. Also, the winger did block four shots. Farabee now has nine goals on the season and that includes four in his previous six games.
