Joel Embiid Stars In Return From Injury
5 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid was dominant against the Pistons on Wednesday, which was his first game since injuring his shoulder on Feb. 26. In just 27 minutes, he scored 30 points on 9-for-17 shooting from the field, 10-for-12 from the free-throw line and he knocked down two of his three long-range tries. Embiid also collected 14 rebounds, three assists and one steal in a resounding 124-106 victory for Philadelphia. The Cameroonian appeared as dominant as ever despite Wednesday's outing being his first taste of the court in a few weeks. With this in mind, Embiid is a terrific addition to any fantasy roster due to his uniquely versatile skill set.
