Joe Musgrove's Start Pushed Back To Sunday
2 years agoSan Diego Padres righty Joe Musgrove (foot) will start Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Dodgers, according to AJ Cassavell of MLB.com, giving him a week off since his last start on April 29. The 30-year-old is dealing with a blister on his foot, so the club's allowing him more time to heal. The native of California has made just two starts this season, beginning the year on the injured list. Over 8.1 innings, Musgrove has pitched to a 10.80 ERA with nine strikeouts and one walk. It's way too early for fantasy managers to start panicking, and he should remain a must-start after posting a 2.93 ERA in 2022.
