2 years agoAccording to NFL Media's Ian Rapoport, Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow "knows what he wants" regarding his anticipated contract extension. Rapoport added that things may not be finalized until after Los Angeles Chargers signal-caller Justin Herbert secures his extension. Burrow is widely considered one of the best at the position, so he'll command a hefty payday. The former LSU Tiger is certainly worth every penny, as he finished last season by throwing for 4,475 passing yards, 35 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions. He also found the end zone five more times on the run. With Lamar Jackson and Jalen Hurts each getting lucrative deals north of $50 million per season, Burrow could surpass those numbers.
