Joc Pederson Mashes Two Home Runs Thursday
6 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers outfielder Joc Pederson had a field day at the plate on Thursday, going 3-for-5 with a double, two home runs and three RBI. Pederson hit a solo shot off Jameson Taillon in the sixth inning and a two-run bomb off Michael Feliz in the eighth. The 26-year-old has been crushing the ball lately, batting .371 with five HRs and 10 RBI in his last 35 at-bats. Pederson has never been much of an average guy historically (career .226 batting average), but he can hit for power. He is certainly worth a waiver wire look in medium to deep leagues for those looking to take advantage of his hot streak.
