Jimmy Garoppolo, Raheem Mostert, Tevin Coleman Out Thursday
4 years agoSan Francisco 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo (ankle) and running backs Raheem Mostert (knee) and Tevin Coleman (knee) all missed practice for the second straight day on Thursday. Also, defenders Dee Ford (back) and Dre Greenlaw (quadriceps) missed another practice. The 49ers are one of the most beat up teams through two weeks, as they also lost All-Pro pass-rusher Nick Bosa (knee) for the year. Garoppolo is week-to-week and isn't expected to play this Sunday against the Giants, while both Mostert and Coleman will likely be inactive as well. Nick Mullens is on track to start, where he'll be a low-end QB2 streamer. Coleman's knee sprain is worse than Mostert's, but neither back is expected to play this weekend, giving Jerick McKinnon RB2 upside in PPR leagues. McKinnon should be owned in every league at this point. Jeff Wilson Jr. should also see a big rise in usage as the No. 2 behind McKinnon.
