5 years agoSan Francisco 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo had a terrible day on Wednesday at practice, throwing five consecutive interceptions at one point. "Sometimes it’s hard to make the right decisions when you’re fired up and competitive," head coach Kyle Shanahan said. "Usually, you make a bad play, it makes your mind go a little sideways." It's just practice, but it's still a bit concerning. Garoppolo was hurt by a torn ACL last year and missed most of the season. He has a ton of upside in San Fran's improving offense, but he's also working with an inexperienced group of receivers.
