Jimmy Butler Scores 30 Points In Loss
7 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves guard Jimmy Butler had another big scoring night in a close loss to the Brooklyn Nets. He scored 30 points with four assists, two steals, and a block. Butler was in attack mode all night and drew plenty of fouls. He ended the night going 16-for-18 from the free-throw line and took more foul shots than the entire Nets team combined. Butler has been on an absolute tear the last two weeks, averaging 28.3 points per game, 5.9 assists per game and 1.9 steals per game and has been shooting a terrific 92.3 percent from the free-throw line. Owners who held onto Butler through his rough start are now getting a first-round player.
