Jhoan Duran Saves Third Straight Game
1 year agoMinnesota Twins relief pitcher Jhoan Duran has been extremely busy over the weekend. The 25-year-old was called upon for the third consecutive game on Sunday. The right-hander saved the two previous contests and attempted to record a third straight. Duran pitched well, allowing a one-out double to Shea Langeliers, but battled back and earned his 15th save of the season. He holds a strong 2.17 ERA, 1.02 WHIP and a 47/15 K/BB ratio across 37 1/3 innings this season.
