3 years agoNew York Mets relief pitcher Jeurys Familia's (hip) inflammation has been subsiding, and the expectation is that he will return from the injured list when he's eligible next week. The Mets are slowing getting healthier as we approach the All-Star break. Familia has a 3.63 ERA, 1.75 WHIP and 24:15 K:BB over 22 1/3 innings out of the Mets bullpen so far in 2021. The 31-year-old is only useful in leagues that count saves and holds, as he'll merely return to a setup role in front of closer Edwin Diaz.
