Jets Are Committed To Evolving Mecole Hardman Jr.'s Route-Running
1 year agoNew York Jets wide receiver Mecole Hardman Jr. has plenty of talent and speed, but the former Kansas City Chiefs wideout was mostly deployed as a gadget player in his four seasons with Andy Reid. The 25-year-old caught 151 passes for 2,088 yards and 20 touchdowns while adding 125 yards and two touchdowns on the ground in Kansas City. Jets head coach Robert Saleh told the media that they are committed to evolving Hardman's route running during training camp. Hardman could be a fantasy sleeper in an offense led by Aaron Rodgers that doesn't have any high-upside wideouts outside of Garrett Wilson.
