Jesus Sucre Drives In Three Runs Sunday
6 years agoTampa Bay Rays catcher Jesus Sucre took full advantage of his new opportunity Sunday versus Minnesota. He should see plenty of playing time in the near future. With starter Ramos looking to be out for weeks, if not months, Sucre looks to be the starter. The other two options are not world-beaters so he could hold onto the position until Ramos returns. Sucre got off to a hot start, as he drove in three runs Sunday versus Minnesota. He is only batting .229 but has driven in five runs over the last two games. He may have value in deep leagues until Ramos returns.
