Jerick McKinnon A Risky Flex Play In Week 6
4 years agoSan Francisco 49ers running back Jerick McKinnon had his first disappointing fantasy output of the year in Week 5. It was the first game in which he failed to score a touchdown and he managed just five total yards on three touches. Week 5 was a mess overall for the 49ers as they got demolished by the Miami Dolphins 43-17. This week's game is a Monday night showdown against the Los Angeles Rams. The Rams have allowed just 18 points per game this year, the third-fewest in the league. It might be another tough game for the 49ers offense, but McKinnon should still be involved as the team's No. 2 back behind Raheem Mostert. McKinnon should see at least five or six touches, including some work in the passing game. He's a flex option this week, but he's a bit risky.
