Jeremy Jeffress Records Another Save
6 years agoMilwaukee Brewers reliever Jeremy Jeffress recorded his fifth save of the year and second in a row on Wednesday against the Reds. Before Jeffress got the save on Monday, Josh Hader had recorded three saves in a row, so the closer situation in Milwaukee still seems pretty murky. They are both worth owning right now in deeper leagues where ratios are rewarded, considering they both help in ERA and WHIP while occasionally getting saves, but it is tough to justify rostering either in a points league. Right now, it's anyone's guess who will get the next save opportunity.
