Former New York Mets reliever Jenrry Mejia has had his lifetime ban from baseball lifted and will be reinstated for the 2019 season. The Mets still hold his rights, but there has been no indication if they will retain them. Mejia hasn't pitched in the majors since the 2015 season, however, he does hold a career 3.68 ERA and recorded 28 saves in 2014. It's no certainty that a team will sign Mejia or how he will perform if he returns, but just getting his lifetime suspension lifted is one of the more shocking stories in recent years.--Dan FappianoRead More News
