Detroit Lions cornerback Jeff Okudah, who is healthy for training camp this year, underwent core muscle surgery after landing on the Injured Reserve last season. Dr. William Meyers repaired both sides of Okudah's core, since it's common to tear the other side after one side has already been torn. Okudah didn't live up to the expectations of being the No. 3 overall pick in his rookie season last year and had 47 tackles (41 solo) while picking off one pass and defending two passes in nine games (six starts) before he suffered his injury. With a new coaching staff in place, hopefully Okudah can move closer to being the lockdown corner that the Lions expected when they took him that early in the 2020 draft.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
