Jayson Tatum Closes Out Road Trip With 36 Points
Jayson Tatum led his team in scoring for the 11th consecutive game during Monday's victory over Oklahoma City, dropping 36 points on an efficient 11-for-19 shooting. In addition to knocking down all nine of his free throws, Tatum added seven rebounds, six assists, five made triples, and two steals across 39 minutes. Star players facing the Thunder down the stretch will have the built-in advantage in the DFS market of taking on a group that has allowed at least 120 points in seven of their last eight games. Tatum next takes the floor Wednesday against the Jazz, whom he scuffled from three against (2-for-11) back on Dec. 3, but he ultimately wound up dropping 37 points anyway.

Jayson Tatum Has Another Rough Shooting Night
Jayson Tatum scored 13 points in Wednesday's 91-90 loss to the Knicks. He added 14 boards, five assists, three steals, and one block. The former Duke Blue Devil had a tough time finding the bottom of the net in Game 1. Unfortunately, that trend continued in Game 2, with Tatum going 5-for-19 from the field and 1-for-5 from behind the three-point line. With the Knicks up 2-0, the series will head back to New York for Game 3 on Saturday afternoon. But on a positive note, Tatum averaged 36 points and 44% shooting from deep at Madison Square Garden during the regular season (two appearances), so there's reason to believe he may turn things around.

Jayson Tatum Fills Stat Sheet On Poor Shooting Night
Jayson Tatum struggled to hit shots in Monday's Game 1 against the New York Knicks, but still had an impressive outing in a 108-105 overtime loss. The Celtics superstar finished the contest with 23 points, 16 rebounds, six assists, two steals, and one block. Tatum did most of his scoring during a hot spell in the first quarter when he scored 13 consecutive points for Boston. He was 7-for-23 from the field and 4-for-15 from downtown in the game. It was a poor shooting performance overall for Joe Mazzulla's team, yet they still lost by only three, which says a lot about Boston's quality. Tatum is sure to deliver a much more efficient performance in Wednesday's Game 2.

Jayson Tatum Fires In 35 Points In Series-Clincher
Jayson Tatum scored a game-high 35 points as the team moved into the second round of the playoffs with a 120-89 victory over the Orlando Magic on Tuesday night. He also stood out as the best passer in the game, logging 10 assists while grabbing eight rebounds and recording one steal. The Celtics superstar shot 10-for-16 from the field, including 4-for-5 from three-point range, and finished 11-for-11 from the free-throw line. Tatum injured his right wrist in the series opener and sat out Game 2, but he returned to action as if nothing had happened. Over the final three games of the series, Tatum averaged 36.0 points. He finished the matchup with averages of 31.3 points, 11.3 rebounds, 5.3 assists, and 1.5 steals.

Jayson Tatum Officially Available On Friday For Game 3 Against Magic
Jayson Tatum (wrist) has upgraded to available for Friday night's Game 3 against the Orlando Magic. Tatum missed Game 2 with the injury but is set to return and help the Celtics take a 3-0 lead over Orlando. The 27-year-old was underwhelming in Game 1 compared to his norms, putting up just 17 points and making just one three-pointer, though he did grab 14 rebounds. With a few days of rest under his belt, Tatum should be in much better position to make a bigger impact on Friday. Fantasy managers and DFS players should feel free to fire away and get him in their lineups.
