6 years agoNew York Mets first baseman/outfielder Jay Bruce (hip) "is getting really anxious" to return, according to manager Mickey Callaway. Bruce has been sidelined since June 17 die to a hip strain. The Mets have reportedly put an "aggressive" plan in place to get Bruce back on the field. However, Bruce's bat has been awful this season, so he's not going to be able to help many fantasy owners.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
