Jay Ajayi Is Dealing With a "Lower-Body" Injury
6 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles running back Jay Ajayi hasn't practiced in eight days due to a "lower-body" injury. The team hasn't given more information than that, but any kind of injury below Ayaji's waist is a legitimate concern due to his history of knee injuries. The Eagles kick off the NFL season next Thursday, so the hope is that all the rest Ajayi has gotten will have him ready to go. He'll be the featured back on early downs at least if he's on the field.
