1 year agoSan Francisco 49ers wide receiver Jauan Jennings was not targeted in the team's 31-17 home loss to the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday. In Week 7 with Deebo Samuel (shoulder) out, Jennings had a career-high nine targets, leading some intrepid deep-league fantasy managers to make waiver claims hoping that Jennings was becoming a thing. It shouldn't be a surprise though, that Jennings was uninvolved in the passing game as he's never been fantasy-relevant throughout his nearly 40-game NFL career. Samuel is likely to return in Week 10 following the 49ers' bye but even if he doesn't, Jennings will not be a good option.--Brad Beltz - RotoBaller
