Jason Witten Scores a Touchdown in His Return to the Field

Dallas Cowboys tight end Jason Witten scored a touchdown in his return to an NFL field. The veteran former broadcaster caught three passes, gaining 15 yards total. His touchdown came on a four-yard strike from Dak Prescott in second quarter. Witten did what Witten has always done, which is basically to catch anything that comes his way before falling to the field. He'll score some touchdowns this season, but won't be consistent enough and won't have the yards to keep him effective in fantasy when he doesn't score. He may be a solid if risky DFS choice some weeks, but he's not a recommended starting option in standard formats.
