6 years agoPittsburgh Steelers rookie wide receiver James Washington is a healthy inactive for Week 8 against the Browns. Quarterback Mason Rudolph is also a healthy scratch. Washington has caught only five of his 14 targets this year for 49 yards and a touchdown, so he's not fantasy relevant in redraft leagues.
