James Robinson Is Now A Flex Option In Week 6
2 years agoJacksonville Jaguars running back James Robinson seems to be in flex territory entering a Week 6 bout with the Indianapolis Colts. The third-year back got off to a hot start this season with 263 scrimmage yards and four touchdowns in the first three weeks despite returning from a torn Achilles. However, in the last two weeks, Robinson has seen 53 snaps compared to Travis Etienne Jr. getting 64 snaps. Etienne has also been more effective with his touches in recent weeks, so that doesn't bode well for the former undrafted back. With his role decreasing in recent weeks, Robinson is a flex option in Week 6 versus the Colts solely due to his red-zone usage and touchdown upside.
