James Paxton Will Be Placed On The Paternity List On Tuesday
James Paxton will be placed on the paternity leave list on Tuesday, per beat writer Pete Abraham. This obviously means that Paxton will have his next and final start before the All-Star break pushed back. He'll face the Oakland A's as opposed to Texas Rangers, which is extremely beneficial for fantasy purposes. The 34-year-old southpaw has been a revelation this season, posting a 2.70 ERA, 0.96 WHIP, and 61:13 K/BB ratio over 50 innings (nine starts).
