2 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers outfielder James Outman is in the Opening Day lineup to face the Arizona Diamondbacks on Thursday, according to MLB.com. It wasn't a sure thing that the 25-year-old would make the roster out of camp, but he had a great Spring Training, batting .283 with three homers over 23 games. Outman doesn't have much experience in the big leagues, with just four games under his belt, but put up solid numbers over his Minor League career. He produced a .263./363/.496 slash line with 68 stolen bases and 79 HRs across 403 games. Outman's likely on the strong side of a platoon and fantasy managers in deep leagues should wait and see how he performs before taking a chance on him.--Spencer Seguin
