5 years agoChicago White Sox catcher James McCann is not in the starting lineup on Friday. Seby Zavala will do the catching and is hitting ninth against Indians starting pitcher Trevor Bauer. McCann has been one of the better hitting catchers this year, batting .346/.384/.523 with four homers, 22 runs, 12 RBI and even three steals on the year. As long as he keeps hitting, he's valuable in all leagues at the thin catching position. Zavala is hitless in five at-bats since being called up and should be avoided in DFS Friday night.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
