James Harden Overcomes Rough Start Versus Spurs
5 years agoHouston Rockets guard James Harden was ice-cold on the floor in the first half against Spurs on Monday but still ended up scoring 28 points and dropping some big three-point bombs in a historic comeback victory. The Rockets erased a 25-plus point deficit for the first time in franchise history to win 109-107. Harden was just 4-for-17 from the field in the opening half before ending up with 10-for-29 shooting in the end. He was 4-for-13 from deep with eight rebounds, seven assists, one steal, and one block. The Beard's shot has been a bit of in the last two games, but he rarely struggles for long, so the Clippers might be in big trouble on Thursday. Harden already has a 37-point game and a 47-point game against them this season with 50 percent shooting.
