James Cook Posts Surprisingly Strong Outing
2 years agoBuffalo Bills running back James Cook hasn't made much of an impact in this offense over the last few weeks. However, the rookie back was able to make his presence known against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday. He rushed 11 times for 86 yards in the Week 11 victory. Cook managed the same amount of rushing yards as Devin Singletary with seven less touches. It's nice to see Cook putting together a productive outing, but it's unlikely to continue. The Bills continue to lean on Singletary as their lead back, so Cook isn't likely to get more than a handful of touches each week. That being said, Cook should be considered a RB4 for the Week 12 matchup against the Detroit Lions.
