Jamal Murray Continues Spectacular Playmaking In Finals
2 years agoDenver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray posted a game-high 12 assists in Friday's 108-95 victory over Miami, adding 15 points on 5-for-17 shooting for another double-double. Murray was already the first player in NBA history to register 10-plus assists in each of his first three Finals appearances and he's now the first with four such games. He did it without a single turnover this time around as well, which was particularly impressive. In 43 minutes of action, Murray added three rebounds and one steal to his account, and while his overall scoring efficiency was poor in the contest, Murray did hit a nice 2-for-3 from deep. Murray is shooting 41.7 percent overall from downtown in the Finals, averaging 23.3 points with 5.8 rebounds, 10.5 assists and 1.0 steals.
