Jalen Tolbert Makes One Catch In Week 3
2 years agoDallas Cowboys rookie wide receiver Jalen Tolbert was active for the first time in his pro career in Week 3 and made his first NFL catch, gaining four yards. Tolbert was taken in the third round out of South Alabama, but Cowboys coaches clearly hadn't been happy with him so far, making him a healthy inactive for the first two games of the season. Finally active for Week 3, he wasn't able to draw more than two targets, despite two of the Cowboys projected top pass catchers, Michael Gallup (knee) and Dalton Schultz (knee) being out of the game. There's obviously upside with Tolbert, but he's looking like much more of a deep dynasty stash than someone who will contribute in any redraft formats.
