2 years agoDallas Cowboys wide receiver Jalen Tolbert (coach's decision) is inactive for Week 2 against the Cincinnati Bengals. He is a healthy scratch for the second consecutive week. With Tolbert and Michael Gallup (knee) sidelined, the Cowboys will rely on Noah Brown and Dennis Houston as their top depth receivers behind CeeDee Lamb.
