5 months agoFree-agent forward/center Jalen Smith has agreed to a deal with the Chicago Bulls. According to Adrian Wojnarowski, Smith and the Bulls have agreed to a three-year deal worth $27 million. The 24-year-old had some big expectations as the backup center to Myles Turner while in Indiana, but he often fell out of the lineup entirely. Last season was his best and most efficient year, averaging 9.9 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 1.0 assists per game while shooting .592/.424/.692. He likely won't see a significant increase in playing time with Chicago, but he has the ability to be a fantasy contributor in very deep leagues.--Alex Fischbein - RotoBaller
