Jalen Brunson (foot) is considered questionable for Friday's Game 3 of the second-round series against the Pacers. The Knicks leader injured his right foot on Wednesday in Game 2. He was able to finish the game, but the questionable tag leaves his status iffy for Friday's contest. If he's out, Miles McBride would get a big opportunity to impress as Brunson's replacement in the starting unit. The 23-year-old posted 17.9 points, 3.2 rebounds, 4.1 assists, and 1.4 steals as a starter during the regular season.

Jalen Brunson Drops 30 Points In Game 3
Jalen Brunson registered another 30-point game en route to a 118-116 win in Game 3 over the Detroit Pistons. The Villanova product finished the game with 30 points, nine assists, seven rebounds, one block, and one turnover. He shot 9-for-20 from the floor, 1-for-7 from beyond the arc, and 11-for-13 from the charity stripe. His three-point shooting has left a lot to be desired through three games (29.2%), but his ability to get to the rim and to the free-throw line has allowed him to average a red-hot 33.7 points per game. He'll look to keep up his scoring ways in Game 4 on Sunday.

Jalen Brunson Leads All Scorers With 37 Points In Monday's Loss
Jalen Brunson put up a game-high 37 points on 12-for-27 shooting in Monday's 100-94 Game 2 loss to the Detroit Pistons. Brunson made it back-to-back 30-point efforts to start the 2025 postseason, but he failed to lead his team to victory this time around. The two-time All-Star finished 4-for-12 from downtown and shot 9-for-11 from the free-throw line, wrapping things up with three rebounds, seven assists, and two steals across 44 minutes of action. For the second game in a row, Brunson briefly exited the contest in the fourth quarter, which is slightly concerning. However, even if he is dealing with some ailment, it certainly isn't affecting his performance. Through the first two games of the series, Brunson has averaged an impressive 35.5 points along with 7.5 assists.

Jalen Brunson (ankle) is not listed on the injury report ahead of Saturday's Game 1 against the Detroit Pistons. The savvy guard battled an ankle sprain during the final few weeks of the regular season and skipped the regular-season finale on Sunday against the Brooklyn Nets. Prior to that, Brunson featured in four consecutive games, so he should be in top shape for the postseason. In the first-round series against Detroit, Brunson will square off against Cade Cunningham in a fascinating head-to-head battle. The Knicks star notched 28.3 points and 7.8 assists with 41.9 percent three-point shooting in four regular-season clashes against the Pistons.

Jalen Brunson Out Versus The Nets
Jalen Brunson (ankle) won't play on Sunday versus the Nets. The Knicks will enter the playoffs as the No. 3 seed in the Eastern Conference. As expected, the team will give Brunson the day off to rest after appearing in consecutive contests on Thursday and Friday. Without him, Miles McBride, averaging 13.7 points, 1.1 steals, and 43.6% shooting from behind the arc in nine starts this season, should see a bump in DFS production, especially with Karl-Anthony Towns (knee), OG Anunoby (thumb), and Josh Hart (knee) also ruled out.
