Jakobi Meyers Reels In 48-Yard Touchdown In Week 16
2 years agoNew England Patriots wide receiver Jakobi Meyers caught six of seven targets for 83 yards in Saturday's 22-18 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. In a fluky play, Mac Jones tossed a Hail Mary, and the football bounced off Scotty Washington's hands, and the ball deflected to Meyers' direction for a 48-yard touchdown. It was the first time since Week 8 that Myers had found the end zone. The 26-year-old led the team in catches and was second in receiving yards and targets behind Kendrick Bourne (6-100-1). Meyers is New England's top receiver and will look to build off Saturday's performance against the Dolphins in Week 17.
